- 77% of recruiting firms met or exceeded their revenue goals in 2013
- Recruiting professionals made 49% of their total placements using candidates from their internal databases
- Only 23% of recruiting firms planned to launch new offices in 2014, compared to the 48% of firms that planned to expand in 2013
