We chatted with the team at TwoScots to discover how they adopted Bullhorn Automation after undergoing a brand refresh, to successfully impact their marketing activity.

The Challenge

Before adopting Bullhorn Automation, TwoScots Recruitment had no email marketing strategy. The agency was unsure about their data quality, meaning they were hesitant to contact their candidates en masse. Plus, there were concerns as to whether their team could handle a potential influx of candidates from any campaigns.

Despite these concerns, the TwoScots Marketing Manager started experimenting with Mailchimp to contact candidates. Although Mailchimp brought some success, it wasn’t equipped to serve the agency’s specific recruitment marketing needs. “The issue was that Mailchimp was a disparate system. It was very manual and often it was hard to measure ROI or other tangible results for us”, explained the team.
