Bullhorn AI enhancements
- New look: Now that we’ve expanded our AI strategy to encompass AI capability across a broader swath of categories and use cases, we’re rebranding Bullhorn Copilot as “AI Assistant,” which will sit within our umbrella “Bullhorn AI” category AI Assistant (formerly known as Copilot).
- The solution includes all of the functionality you are using today. The new name is intended to more clearly reflect how it assists your users in their daily tasks, as well as the upcoming functionality.
Updates to Bullhorn ATS & CRM
- Resume File View in candidate preview: Recruiters now have access to viewing and downloading the original File View of parsed resumes with only one click! This alleviates the need for navigating to the Files tab for fast readability of resumes.
- The File View is accessed via clicking binoculars next to Candidate records in Lists for Fast Find, Candidate, Distribution, and Tearsheet, along with the Submissions tab in records.
- The currently existing Parsed View is accessible by switching the display toggle.
Bullhorn Automation product updates
- Automation loading enhancement: A new automation loading enhancement prevents users from saving an automation before loading their list associations. This update ensures automations don’t get into a bad state for those that reference larger and more complex enrollment associations.
Bullhorn Analytics product updates
- Metric admin updates
- A new icon and filter have been added to help clients see which metrics they can edit in “Metric Admin.”
- The presentation of metric errors has been updated so that if more than three errors show, they are collapsed by default. Users can click the affected metric to jump to that metric on the page.
