Bullhorn Partners with Workopolis to Boost Recruiter Productivity in Canada
Bullhorn, the global leader in online recruiting software, today announced that it has partnered with Workopolis, the largest provider of online career solutions in Canada. Workopolis has joined the Bullhorn Marketplace™ to offer staffing firms local expertise and greater reach for their Canadian recruitment efforts.
The Bullhorn Marketplace gives recruiters access to an extensive range of applications and services, all of which are tested and pre-integrated with Bullhorn. Marketplace partner applications help recruiters streamline every part of their business – from background checks and payroll to accounting system integration and sourcing – to drive bottom-line results. Existing Marketplace partners include InsightSquared, TalentWise, ShoreTel, and Vertical Response.
As a result of Workopolis being integrated with Bullhorn’s applicant tracking system (ATS), Bullhorn customers will be able to:
- Post jobs, with descriptions, from the Bullhorn ATS directly to Workopolis with a single click and capture resulting applicant information in Bullhorn
- Search candidates from Workopolis within the Bullhorn ATS and bring Workopolis resumes into the ATS automatically, negating the need to open a new browser window or interrupt recruiter workflow
The seamless integration of Workopolis with the Bullhorn ATS provides greater operational efficiency for both Bullhorn and Workopolis customers. Bullhorn customers who wish to purchase the Workopolis service can request information here.
“We’re very excited about this new partnership with Bullhorn,” says Bruno Gendron, Vice President of Workopolis’ Staffing Channel. “Workopolis has been helping our clients reach the most qualified candidates in Canada for over a decade now. This partnership streamlines their efficiency by allowing Bullhorn staffing partners to access our job seekers right from within Bullhorn. This is another innovative way that we can help our clients increase their recruitment ROI by making it easier for them to connect with the talent they need faster.”
“Recruiting is a global endeavor,” said David Beaver, Senior Director of Global Alliances for Bullhorn. “And while 130,000 users in 150 countries already use Bullhorn products every day, there’s no replacement for local expertise in specific markets. Our partnership with Workopolis will offer unprecedented coverage and localized solutions for the Canadian market as well as greater access to talent for global companies doing business in Canada.”
