Over the past several years, Bullhorn has seen incredible growth. We’ve expanded our product offerings, invested in new solutions, and evolved from a simple ATS to an end-to-end recruitment platform, all so we can better meet the needs of our customers.

In addition to looking at the broader market, adding new technologies, and bringing in new solutions, we’re always listening to and learning from our customers on how we can improve our existing offerings to continue to be a true partner in growth. Whether through focus groups, Bullhorn’s Enterprise Council, or everyday conversations, your input matters.

Reimagined, easy-to-use search

A new search experience for our ATS/CRM users is just around the corner. Bullhorn is investing heavily in our core platform, including a reimagined search experience that every Bullhorn ATS/CRM customer can leverage. 

Search is a fundamental component of the Bullhorn platform, assisting our customers in finding the best candidates fast. While powerful today, our vision for search is to deliver the best-in-class experience for all of our users as part of our commitment to continually improving the platform. 

Here are a few new features to look out for:

  • Enhanced UI, with a new search interface to uplevel your experience
  • Faster, more accurate in-depth searches
  • Cross-entity searching
  • Saved search management
  • Enhanced filters

Powerful reporting and analytics – on your own terms

As Analytics has grown in complexity, our customers have asked for a better way to control their own metrics. Today, we implement Analytics with a number of metrics based on your business needs. However, as these needs change, our customers need to adapt the metrics they track. That’s why we’ve introduced self-service metric creation, which allows for the point-and-click creation of new metrics. We’re starting with the most common metrics and will evolve this over the next twelve months, greatly enhancing the ease of use and power of Analytics.

AI infused everywhere

If you haven’t heard, we’re reimagining recruitment with AI infused everywhere. We’re categorising AI-powered recruitment into five categories.

We are re-imagining search & match, leveraging the best of Bullhorn, Textkernel, and Sourcebreaker, and introducing a whole new product line to screen and qualify applicants with AI voice and screening agents. 

Our AI Assistant, formerly known as Copilot, helps our customers with content creation and data enrichment. We’re looking to expand these AI Assistant capabilities across the Bullhorn platform.

Scaling AI with Automation

Automation is a critical piece in scaling AI. That’s why we’re introducing an AI Assistant step in Automation. Using the AI Assistant step, recruiters can maximise efficiency by using AI Assistant prompts within Automation to perform familiar tasks at scale and use AI Assistant content in messages.

We’re also extending Automation throughout Bullhorn, with expanded entity support to sync additional record types and associations to unlock new automations or enrich existing ones. Automation with expanded entity support could include, for example: 

  • Update company status based on activity
  • Close opportunities without activity after x days
  • Send outreach to candidates without a resume on file

A S.E.A. of data powered by Data Hub

AI-powered recruitment is only as powerful as your data, and that data needs to be specific, enormous, and actionable (S.E.A.) to guide you toward the correct outcomes. That’s where Data Hub comes in. Data Hub brings in all of your recruitment-specific data from the Bullhorn Platform, Marketplace, and external sources into one place to power your recruitment.

Data Hub solves what customers are telling us is the biggest pain point in terms of their agency data today: getting a comprehensive view of their entire tech stack for reporting, analytics, insights, and AI. 

Data Hub is not your traditional data warehouse – we connect the dots for you. We also give you out-of-the-box insights if you are a Bullhorn Analytics customer and the ability to make that data available right to your end users in Bullhorn Analytics or directly in the ATS.

All of this is just the tip of the iceberg. We’ve been busy this past year in building a recruitment platform that helps you get more done – and we’re not slowing down.
