August 2024 product updates and enhancements

We roll our updates out in phases, so if you don’t see these changes reflected in Bullhorn yet, you can expect to see the following highlights in your instance by the end of the month. Updates to Bullhorn ATS & CRM
- Update Canvas banner display: The “Update Canvas” banner will now only display if Bullhorn Reporting is not up-to-date. Previously, this banner would continue to display even after the update was completed.
Bullhorn Automation product updates
- Email validation enhancement: We have updated the error handling with our email validation service so that if we are not able to validate the email address due to system issues, we will not hard bounce the email. Instead, the email will proceed to our email delivery provider, which also includes a validation service. This update ensures that emails will still be sent even if our validation service is unreachable.
Updates to Bullhorn Onboarding solutions
Talent Platform
- Internationalisation: We have added country information to the applicant details and list interface. This update allows recruiters to easily identify candidate locations without the need for additional clicks, streamlining the recruitment process. This ensures consistent location management and supports global data standards.
- The country picker on the bulk upload location feature now includes Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Australia, and New Zealand. Additionally, Mexico and Trinidad and Tobago are now available throughout Talent Platform.
Onboarding365
- Client business key in document rules: Business keys are now displayed in the Client and Client Office dropdown menus when creating or updating document rules. This enhancement provides clearer identification of clients and client offices, streamlining the process of rule creation and updates.
