Bullhorn promotes Sarah Glass to SVP, Customer Success & Global Support

Internal promotion to top success and support role will help company continue to deliver an incredible customer experience

October 2, 2023 – BOSTON – Bullhorn, the global leader in software for the staffing and recruitment industry, has promoted Sarah Glass to SVP, Customer Success & Global Support. Based in Texas, Glass will oversee the customer success and global support functions, focusing on creating a cohesive experience once a customer goes live with Bullhorn solutions, including product training, technical support, and ongoing optimization and best practices. Glass has a track record of focusing on the customer experience and building and leading teams that help to enhance that experience.

Since joining Bullhorn over two years ago, Glass has been responsible for building and growing the customer success organization to ensure Bullhorn customers are set up for success, fully adopt Bullhorn solutions, and realize the value of their investment. She relaunched Bullhorn’s customer feedback program, creating a process to ensure the feedback is incorporated into how Bullhorn supports its products and solutions.

Prior to joining Bullhorn, Glass has two decades of experience leading customer-focused teams in the HCM and recruiting technology space. Glass holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Southern Methodist University.
