Twenty-five years ago, Jeremy Langevin, Co-Founder and EVP at Horizontal Talent, started his career in the staffing industry. While the staffing industry has come a long way since career fairs and faxing resumes, one thing has stayed consistent — change. “The change that happened in the first ten years of my career was a good indicator of the change that was to come,” Langevin explained. “No one loves to change, but we realized if we move too slowly, we’re going to get passed by.
