January 2020 Product Release Highlights
Curious what product enhancements and updates we’re launching in Bullhorn this month? Read on to explore the January 2020 Bullhorn release and what it means for you! We roll our updates out in phases, so if you don’t see these changes reflected in Bullhorn yet, don’t worry! You can expect to see the following highlights in your instance by the end of the month.

Updates to Bullhorn S Release & Novo
Advanced Note Searching Support on Contact and Lead Lists: Advanced Note Searching is now supported on the Contact and Lead lists. Advanced Note Searching makes searching notes via list views easier by pulling all note-related search fields into their own area on your search box.
Bullhorn Novo Enhancements
- Client Submission: When creating a Client Submission, you can now preview the file(s) you are about to send, ensuring you are sending the correct document along with the submission.
- Date and Time: Date fields on a Placement, such as ‘Start Date’ and ‘Scheduled End,’ when viewed from the Submission Tab of a record, will no longer display as Date/Time unless configured to, and therefore will be displayed in the configuration set by each individual user.
- Completing Tasks: Users, if entitled, are now able to complete Tasks owned by other users in their own department. Additionally, Tasks can now be completed from the Overview tab on Tasks, creating a more seamless workflow.
Improved Usability in Bullhorn Mobile
Appointment dates will now respect your local time zone on the add and edit screens. This will make it even easier to schedule appointments via Bullhorn Mobile, no matter where you are.
New Functionality in Bullhorn VMS Sync
View Activity Tracking: Users can now see who has edited an account or credentials, including a list of the fields updated which will display both the old and new values for added visibility.
