In this video, we chat with Marissa Marinelli, Senior Manager of Quality at HTI. Marinelli dives into the success her team has seen with both Bullhorn One and Bullhorn Analytics.
“Most recently, [Bullhorn] Analytics has been huge for us,” said Marinelli. “We have a lot of different groups within our company that use Bullhorn, and they have different processes, and they do things a little bit differently. But analytics has kind of been a leveling ground for us.”
When it comes to Bullhorn One, the team is happy with the visibility they have across the organization. “Previously, we had to work outside of the system to get a lot of the information that we needed and try to pull it together. Whereas with Bullhorn One, anyone can go in at any time and look to see what’s going on at each customer, where we stand on our recruiting, and where everyone is in progress.”
