5 of the Top 10 Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms in the U.S. are Bullhorn Customers
Staffing Industry Analysts recently released its 2014 list of the 97 fastest-growing staffing firms and talent engagement (TE) firms in the United States, and the results were exciting to say the least. First, let’s recap what it means to be among the “fastest-growing” according to SIA – the top ten had a median CAGR of 56.8% from 2009 through 2013, which is staggering. And more firms reported compound annual revenue growth of 15% or higher this year compared to last year, an indication of industry health (at least in the upper echelon of high-performing companies).
At Bullhorn, we’re always delighted to see the staffing and recruiting industry that we serve making positive strides, but it’s especially heartening when our customers are the ones succeeding. Expansion and revenue growth are directly correlated with agility and productivity, both of which are difficult to achieve when your technology is sub-par. Make no mistake, our customers’ success is their success – they are the experts in understanding candidate fit and client needs – but we have worked tirelessly for 15 years to make sure that their technology, be it an ATS, CRM system, onboarding product, back office solution, social recruiting suite, or VMS integration tool, helps them work faster and smarter.
Five of the top ten fastest-growing staffing firms and TE firms in the U.S. are Bullhorn customers. 16 of the 40 fastest-growing firms who specialize in IT staffing are Bullhorn customers. And 30 of the 97 firms on the list are Bullhorn customers, meaning that approximately one-third of the fastest-growing staffing and TE agencies in the U.S. use Bullhorn to manage their recruiting and sales processes.
Results like this make us incredibly proud and motivated to show up to work and keep innovating. There is no greater validation than to know that the companies who have put their faith in us are achieving – and exceeding – their goals.
