Updates to Bullhorn ATS & CRM
- Minimum character count to execute search via find: To improve search result speed and accuracy, users will now need to input a minimum number of characters before their search executes. We’ll automatically enable all ATS customers to a 3-character minimum.
Bullhorn Automation product updates
- Automation pause enhancements: We have enhanced the user experience of our automation pausing service. Previously, when an automation had been stopped due to a system error, users were only alerted through support outreach. Now, these situations will be visible directly in the application.
Bullhorn Analytics product updates
- Metric Editing General Availability: Enterprise Edition Metric Admins can now edit their simple existing metrics and create new metrics by duplicating or inheriting from existing metrics without the assistance of Support. Users are able to update the following parameters of their metrics:
- Ownership
- Date
- Timeframe
- Filters
Updates to Bullhorn Healthcare solutions
- Job shift assignment association: A Job Shift Assignment can now be associated with a Placement. The association will be reflected in client Data Replication databases and displayed on the Shift Assignment Card. This enhancement enables clients to manage shift functionality and daily payroll operations more efficiently.
Enhancements to Bullhorn’s Pay & Bill functionality
Time & Labor rules engine enhancements
- [EARLY ACCESS] Timesheet adjustments in ATS: Time & Labor enabled customers can adjust time entries in the ATS. Many finishing touches have been added to the previous version of Timesheet Adjustments, including:
- Punches for worked earn codes can no longer overlap.
- Overnight punch adjustments are now supported.
- Several pickers have been improved to make them more intuitive.
Visit the Product Release Portal for the full list of updates. Reach out to your Account Manager if you would like to access this feature in your sandbox as part of Early Access.
- Time & Labor rule enhancement: Daily and Period Threshold rules within Time & Labor now support zero as a valid threshold. This allows additional flexibility and support for complex scenarios such as the first four hours in a day getting paid out at a flat rate.
Updates to Bullhorn Onboarding solutions
Talent Platform
- Emails: The authorized representative assignment email link now directs recruiters and admins to the I-9 Dashboard 2.0, with the details panel already expanded for that candidate. This update improves navigation and enhances the workflow for managing authorized representative assignments.
Onboarding365
- At-risk email configuration: Previously, at-risk emails were limited to Contractor onboarding types. We have added support for sending pre-hire screening at-risk emails based on the projected start date. This change has introduced the new “Pre-Hire Screening At Risk” Email configuration in agency settings, which will default to off.
- Field configuration: A new “Is Personal Data” checkbox has been added to the Field Configuration page, allowing Agency Administrators to mark fields as containing personal data.
