We sat down with Catherine Pearson, EVP and General Manager, at Ingenovis Health to discuss her experience with credentialing through Bullhorn.

According to Catherine, one of the biggest benefits has been the self-service. “At Ingenovis, self- service has really helped us just speed up the credentialing process. It takes some of the burden of proactive communication from those credentials in the beginning, because once a candidate has signed their contract, they wanna know what they need to deliver on next.”

Credentialing is sort of like doing underwriting for a house. It is tedious and no one loves to do it. So, Ingenovis Health we care a lot about giving the candidate their best possible experience, even with the most tedious part of what they're doing, which is often the hundreds of things they have to do to get through credentialing and onboarding.
