Bullhorn Promotes Jonathan Novich to General Manager, Staffing to Drive Further Growth in Company’s Rapid Expansion
BOSTON, August 27, 2015 – Bullhorn, the cloud-based CRM provider that puts powerful customer insights at users’ fingertips, today announced that it has promoted Jonathan Novich to general manager, staffing. Novich, who previously served as the company’s general manager of Cloud-based innovation technologies, now leads the solutions team for the staffing industry as the rapidly-growing CRM company continues to diversify its customer base.
As GM, Staffing, Novich will empower Bullhorn staffing clients to grow their businesses and improve their overall productivity using the company’s innovative CRM solutions. In this expanded role, Novich will be responsible for staffing industry products including ATS and CRM, Bullhorn Back Office and Onboarding, and VMS integration as well as solutions for the candidate supply chain.

Novich joined Bullhorn in 2014 through its acquisition of The Code Works Inc., a technology firm serving the staffing industry he co-founded. His previous positions included roles at Lavastorm Engineering and Hewlett Packard. Novich holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Science, Operations Research from Princeton University.

Novich’s new role is the latest in a series of promotions and additions for the fast-growing company as it bolsters its already-strong executive team. Most recently, Bullhorn added Salesforce’s Danielle DuToit as SVP of Global Services.
